Students attending Forest City P.S. have the opportunity to register for the Before and/or After School Program run by the YMCA within the school.

 About the Program:

• •   WHEN: Before school from 7:30 AM - school bell and/or after school School dismissal – 6:00 PM                        Monday to Friday.
  •   A nutritious snack prepared by a dietary planner will be provided morning and afternoon. 
  •   Follows "YMCA - A Place to Connect curriculum".
            - Activities are based on the interests of the children with a focus on inquiry, self-exploration and   
               play based learning.   
            - Outdoor time occurs every day – children are encouraged to be dressed for the weather at all 
               times.

 Registration:

• • All new families, please visit www.familyinfo.ca/waitlist to register on the waitlist.
  • At this time, the YMCA has temporarily postponed registration of new families into the program for the Fall 2020.  Their hope is to open registration to new families in July.  
  • Offers of available space in program will be made at this time to those on the waitlist in order of date submitted.
  • Families offered a space in the program will be sent an email outlining the registration process and next steps.
